All cigars are sold per piece but we do offer a discount for box purchases. We also carry samplers that are sold per box.
Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for orders that have already been accepted and paid.

We accept payment through credit card, bank transfer, or G-Cash.
Once an order has been placed, payment details will be sent to you.
Some payment options may not be available at times due to system upgrades/ maintenance. Please choose another payment method that suits you when this occurs.
Service charges and processing fees may be incurred for over-the-counter deposits/online fund transfers depending on your chosen bank. Additional processing time may also be needed for over-the-counter transactions when there is delay in reflecting payments made.
Yes. Our store is located at 11 Brixton St., Kapitolyo, Pasig City. We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
For same day delivery, you may book your preferred courier for store pick-up or we can book the delivery for your convenience.
We also ship orders outside Metro Manila through LBC, which may take 2-3 days.
We only accept returns due to incorrect order of cigars or accessories with visible defects within 24 hours of purchase for cigars and within 1 week of purchase for accessories.
For electric humidors, you may send us an e-mail or message us for further details on our return policy and warranties.
Once a return is approved, we will issue either a refund, store credit, or replace with the exact item returned subject to availability. If the item returned is no longer in stock, we may replace it with an item of equivalent value.
Customers are expected to promptly inspect their orders thoroughly upon receipt so that we can immediately address any concerns.
